This CCPA Privacy Notice supplements the WayCite Privacy Policy at https://waycite.com/privacy and applies solely to residents of the State of California. It is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, “CCPA”). Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice. MariqueCalcus Limited (“WayCite”) is the business responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

3. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information from the following sources:
- (a) Directly from you — account registration, contact forms, and blog content submission.
- (b) Automatically when you use the Service — technical data and API usage logs.
- (c) From your blog’s publicly available content — only with your explicit consent as a blogger partner.
4. Business Purposes for Collection and Use
We collect and use personal information for the following business purposes:
- (a) Providing and maintaining the Service, including GEO analysis and API responses.
- (b) Processing account registrations and managing subscriptions.
- (c) Communicating with you, including transactional emails and support responses.
- (d) Ensuring security and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access.
- (e) Complying with legal obligations.
- (f) Improving and developing the Service through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
5. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
WayCite does NOT sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA.
WayCite does NOT share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes.
We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months.
6. Your CCPA Rights
As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:
- (a) Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- (b) Right to Delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by the CCPA.
- (c) Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
- (d) Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: Although we do not sell or share personal information, we honour opt-out requests.
- (e) Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.
- (f) Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, provide a different quality of service, or suggest that you will receive different treatment for exercising your rights.
7. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above:
- (a) Email us at privacy@waycite.com with the subject line “CCPA Request”.
- (b) Include your full name, email address associated with your WayCite account, and a description of the specific right(s) you wish to exercise.
- (c) We will verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may require matching information you provide with information we already have on file.
- (d) We will respond to your request within forty-five (45) calendar days. If we need additional time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you in writing.
- (e) You may make a verifiable consumer request up to two (2) times within a twelve (12) month period at no charge.
- (f) You may designate an authorised agent to submit requests on your behalf. Authorised agents must provide written authorisation signed by you and may be required to verify their own identity.
